"A few years ago, while tasting freshly squeezed orange juice in an orange grove in Sicily, I had the idea to make orange wine.
Fresh fruit on the nose, but with notes of candied orange and orange peel on the palate, despite its vibrant acidity. It almost demanded the supportive complexity of classic mulled wine spices reminiscent of cosy winter evenings, so I flavoured it with real cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and cinnamon blossom."
