Our family winery is much more than just a traditional winery, as in addition to the viticultural and wine-making activities on our almost 300 hectare estate, we also have a number of other multi-faceted activities, which provide visitors with a wealth of colourful experiences!

The infinitely running MORE

Szőlőültetvényünk a Villányi-hegység Palkonyához közeli platóján, különleges adottságú területen, a Weingarten-dűlőben fekszik. A 15 hektárnyi terület szőlőösszetétele a következő: 4,5 hektáron kékoportó található, a többi 1,5 – 2 hektáros területeken egyenlő arányban kékfrankos, pinot noir, merlot, cabernet sauvignon és cabernet franc terül el. A 2018-as esztendőben további 2,5 hektár fehérszőlő ültetvénnyel bővítettük területünket. A hazai és nemzetközi fajtákból készült fajtaboraink és házasításaink széles választéka a garancia arra, hogy minden borkedvelő megtalálja a számára legkedvesebb tételt.

The sunny HONEY

In addition to the traditional and internationally (renowned) red wines of Villány, our winery also produces premium fruit wines. The technology used to make fruit wine is very similar to that used for classic grape-fermented wine: ripe fruit is harvested and immediately transported to the processing plant, where it is quality controlled and graded. The freshly picked fruit is washed and destemmed shortly after harvesting, followed by fermentation in a refrigerated environment, isolated from oxygen, to preserve the fresh flavours.

We consider it important that our fruit wines are made exclusively from our own and domestically produced, fresh, juicy fruit, without the addition of water, colouring or flavouring agents. The raw material is selected from the finest fruit of our 45 hectares of orchards.Our main fruit is sour cherry and plum, but we also have strawberries, apricots, cherries, pears, peaches and apples. In addition to our fruit wines, they are also the source of our 100% juices and the luscious ingredients of our brandies.

Mirrors of the Palkonya - the HOLDERS

Palkonya környékén található öt halastavunk több mint 20 hektáron terül el. Tavainkban főként ponty található, de többek között amur, süllő és harcsa is előfordul.
