Friss Fehér Cuvée házasításunk alapját két fehér szőlőfajtánk, a Sárga Muskotály és a Tramini adta, melyek jellegzetesen illatos és igazán intenzív karakterekkel bírnak. Ennek köszönhetően Pincészetünk első 2021-es fehérbora már az első korty alkalmával behízelgi magát kóstolójánál.

70% Sárga Muskotály és 30% Tramini házasítása.

CLASSICUS VILLÁNY WINE OF PROTECTED ORIGIN

Our vineyards, located in the Weingarten vineyard in the northern part of the Villány wine region, are home to the typical domestic and international varieties (Portugieser, kékfrankos, pinot noir, merlot, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon). Thanks to the loess and red clay soils, the sub-Mediterranean climate and the above-average yield limitation, the quality of the Villány classicus and premium winesWe produce around 100 000 bottles a year, starting in 2008.

DHC MANSION

Villány wine of protected origin can only be made from specific grape varieties harvested in the wine region. Villány PDO wines can be identified by the words "Districtus Hungaricus Controllatus Villány", with the cherry blossom emblem in the picture.

Technology Features	In order to infuse the flavours and aromas of the skins into the wine, the crushed grapes were cold soaked overnight. ERJESZTÉS: 16-17 fokon, reduktívan, fajtánként külön acéltartályban történt, majd az első fejtés után házasítottuk.
