Conditions of purchase and delivery

Our wines are delivered by GLS Courier Service throughout Hungary.

Delivery fee: The delivery charge is HUF 2990 gross up to an order amount of HUF 24 999 gross, and HUF 25 000 gross and above. The delivery fee to MPL PostaPont is HUF 1990 gross up to an order value of HUF 24 999 gross, and the delivery charge is assumed for orders of HUF 25 000 gross.

Delivery deadline: 6th working day after placing the order, but in most cases the parcel will arrive on the 2nd working day. In case of urgency, please call us! We will do our best to ensure that your parcel arrives as soon as possible.

Delivery date: on working days between 8am and 5pm, so it is advisable to request delivery to a place where the courier can leave the parcel during this period. The courier service will attempt to deliver the goods twice, and after the first failed delivery, will attempt to contact the customer by telephone up to two times to deliver the goods at a convenient time.

Personal receipt

You can personally pick up your order at our Winery in Palkonya (address: 7771 Palkonya, Hegyalja utca 1.) during its opening hours. No delivery costs will be charged for personal pick-up. If the ordered product is available in the shop, we will send you a confirmation within 2 working days and the order can be picked up immediately. In case of urgency, you can call us for stock availability.

Payment options

Payment on receipt
In this case, the goods must be paid for in cash by the courier (or, in the case of personal collection, by the staff at the collection point) at the time of collection. Only order the products you want if you are able to pay the courier at the time of collection. A package that is not paid for may be considered as a failed delivery and the delivery fee charged by the courier service may be charged to you.

If you choose the cash on delivery payment method, a gross fee of HUF 990 will be charged in all cases. 

Payment in advance by bank transfer
Az átutalás díjmentes, azonban az átutalásért saját bankja díjat számíthat fel. Az átutalás praktikus megoldás, ha a rendelést a szomszéd, vagy munkahelyen az Ön kollégája, vagy a recepciós veszi át. Ebben az esetben a rendelés összegét az Eladó: Körpince Kft Oberbanknál vezetett 1840 0010 1000 0513 1039 1657 számú számlaszámra(ÚJ BANKSZÁMLASZÁM!) kérjük átutalni. Kérjük, a közlemény rovatban tüntesse fel a megrendelés azonosító számát. E fizetési mód választása esetén, a megrendelést az átutalás beérkezése után küldjük el.

Personal receipt
In case of personal receipt, payment by credit card is also possible in our Winery.

You can pick up your order in person at our Winery (Address: 7771 Palkonya, Hegyalja utca 1.) during its opening hours. You can pay in cash, by credit card or SZÉP card (if the payment of the given product or service is possible by SZÉP card in accordance with the legal regulations).
