In addition to the traditional Vill\u00e1ny red wines\u00a0fruit wine specialities<\/strong>\u00a0is also involved in the production of. Our aim is to introduce consumers to this wine speciality, which is still less widespread in Hungary. We consider it important that our fruit wines\u00a0made exclusively from fresh, juicy, domestically produced fruit<\/strong>\u00a0without the addition of water, colourings or flavourings.<\/p>\n

DESSERT WINE FROM SUN-DRIED FRUIT<\/h5>\n

The raw material is selected from the finest fruits of our 45 hectares of orchards. The technology is very similar to that of classic grape fruit fermented wine: ripe fruit is harvested and immediately transported to the processor. The freshly picked fruit is destemmed within 20 minutes of harvesting, followed by fermentation in an oxygen-free environment to preserve the fresh flavours.<\/p>\n
