MOKKA-FRUCHTWEIN MIT DEM GESCHMACK DER NATUR<\/h5>\n

Neben den traditionellen Rotweinen aus Vill\u00e1ny\u00a0Obstweinspezialit\u00e4ten<\/strong>\u00a0ist auch an der Herstellung von Wein beteiligt. Unser Ziel ist es, den Verbrauchern diese in Ungarn noch wenig verbreitete Weinspezialit\u00e4t n\u00e4her zu bringen. Wir halten es f\u00fcr wichtig, dass unsere Obstweine\u00a0ausschlie\u00dflich aus frischem, saftigem, im Inland erzeugtem Obst hergestellt<\/strong>\u00a0ohne Zusatz von Wasser, Farbstoffen oder Aromastoffen.<\/p>\n

DESSERTWEIN AUS SONNENGETROCKNETEN FR\u00dcCHTEN<\/h5>\n

Das Rohmaterial wird aus den besten Fr\u00fcchten unserer 45 Hektar gro\u00dfen Obstplantagen ausgew\u00e4hlt. Die Technologie ist der eines klassischen, aus Traubenfr\u00fcchten vergorenen Weins sehr \u00e4hnlich: Die reifen Fr\u00fcchte werden geerntet und sofort zum Verarbeiter transportiert. Die frisch gepfl\u00fcckten Fr\u00fcchte werden kurz nach der Ernte abgebeert und anschlie\u00dfend in einer sauerstofffreien Umgebung vergoren, um die frischen Aromen zu erhalten.<\/p>\n
