Die Technologie f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Obstwein \u00e4hnelt sehr stark derjenigen f\u00fcr klassischen, aus Trauben vergorenen Wein: Die reifen Fr\u00fcchte werden geerntet und sofort zur Verarbeitungsanlage transportiert, wo sie einer Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle unterzogen und sortiert werden. Die frisch gepfl\u00fcckten Fr\u00fcchte werden kurz nach der Ernte gewaschen und abgebeert. Anschlie\u00dfend erfolgt die G\u00e4rung in einer gek\u00fchlten Umgebung unter Ausschluss von Sauerstoff, um die frischen Aromen zu erhalten.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignfull size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mokos.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Mokos_Birtok_gyumolcsos_2000x645-1024x330.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Foto von Mirkophoto<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Wir legen Wert darauf, dass unsere Obstweine ausschlie\u00dflich aus eigenem und selbst erzeugtem, frischem und saftigem Obst hergestellt werden, ohne Zusatz von Wasser, Farb- oder Aromastoffen. Das Rohmaterial wird aus den besten Fr\u00fcchten unserer 45 Hektar gro\u00dfen Obstplantagen ausgew\u00e4hlt, haupts\u00e4chlich aus Sauerkirsche und Pflaume, aber auch aus Erdbeeren, Aprikosen, Kirschen, Birnen, Pfirsichen und \u00c4pfeln.
